Important tip: Persistence pays off!

Make sure you are following up on your leads. Keep files for what are current working leads and schedule follow up calls for yourself. In alot of cases it may be the 4th or 5th call before you actually turn it in to a deal. Always leave seller with a good impression of yourself so they are happy to speak to you the next time you call.

Absolutely! Showing that you are really in it to help them, that you know without a doubt that you have solutions for them through persistence and follow-up is a plus. It means something to that seller. You can set up an Excel spreadsheet where you can easily track your follow ups. Have your VA help you. If you are using Realeflow, you can do this in there.
